The special Seimens/Westinghouse car has been shoved north of the lifting rig and lifting straps have been placed. A quick check of the waterfront showed that one turbine had been loaded onto a truck on shore and another is being loaded onto a truck on the barge. Hopefully the rail car will be loaded either tonight or tomorrow.
