Here's a view of the action at the waterfront. You can see one of the three tugs, barges and the turbines wrapped up onboard. Turbines to be moved to a special rail car on the Valley Branch mainline then moved to Middletown by the P&W. (Perhaps tomorrow) The tracks are 2 blocks up the street.
