Finally...the car is ready to be moved and, after sitting across the street all night, the P&W #3908 is backing across Wall Street with the spacer car. Soon to be coupled to the turbine and pulled to Middletown. And to think... they are going to have to go through all this again for the second turbine that waits at the waterfront.
