Tioga Central RR

Nice little find sitting in the hay and sun. Here is Engine #47 RS-1. Built in 1945 for Washington Terminal Company. Became Amtrak #47 in 1984. Purchased by Tioga Central Railroad in 1986. Stored out of service, needs friction bearings, other repairs and restorations being considered to bring engine back into service. Here you can also clearly see the LV black diamond which I can't find anything on.
