This is a sure way to get traffic to stop at the crossing! This road behind the new Mercy Hospital Fore River campus in Portland was closed after the hospital was built yet the crossing signals are still in place and still function. This is the Mountain Division line that the Downeaster uses to get to the station with EDNM canned on the PAR main line behind it.
