NS 1065, the Savannah & Atlanta Heritage unit, leads PAS 23K through Hoosick Falls, NY on February 29, 2016 at 03:38. It seemed more like a spring night than the last night in February weather wise! Temps in the mid-forties, windy but from the south, clear skies overhead with no evidence of snow. No complaints!
