ALCO Bulletin

ALCO bulletin mounted on 3051's frame rail above the cooling water drain. Per ALCO, the CACV does add a corrosion inhibitor to its cooling water to help prevent corrosion and damage to vital internal engine components so she'll have a long, healthy life.
