Westbound Amtrak #449 out of Boston has 101 leading as it is just seconds away prior to pounding the diamond beside the "Steaming Tender" in Palmer Mass (MP 83). After recent work on the crossing of the two main lines, track speed has returned to normal and the passenger trains don't even get a "whiff" of the delicious cuisine available trackside as they journey quickly past.
