NA-1 / 381 Wilton NH

The signpost on the lower left says Nashua 16 Miles, as the NA-1 Crew was taking 381 and 1 empty to the runaround track in Wilton. Pan Am shares this section of track with Milford Bennington which will run their gravel 'conveyor belt trains' from the quarry to the Granite State Concrete plant once the weather warms up.

Here they passed along Main Street in Wilton where the track follows alongside the roadway, but at a somewhat higher grade. 381's hood mounted headlights help create an imposing view.
