This photo venue is at Easton PA looking east as the westbound 765 excursion bound for Harrisburg crosses the Delaware River from Phillipsburg NJ on the last day of the 1988 NRHS Convention. The train is on the LV bridge that was abandoned by Conrail in 1988 or 1989 in favor of the adjacent ex-CNJ bridge barely visible to the left of 765. This excursion ran late and never made it to Harrisburg as it was terminated in Reading.
