M426 Exiting Passing Track at Rockingham Jct.

CSXT 464 (AC4400CW) and CSXT 5381 (ES44DC) lead train M426 out of the passing track between Exeter and Rockingham Jct after M427 has cleared heading west. The dispatcher had put M426 in the passing track behind DO-1, once DO-1 had run his power around his train and pulled foreward close to the eastbound home signal at the end of the passing track, but was unable to let M426 follow DO-1 to Dover after AMTK 686's passage with a westbound M427 needing access to the same single track M426 is finally entering here.
