I'll end my series of Waterville deadline scans with the GTI Locomotive Situation Report from June 29, 1996. This report keeps track of the entire GTI roster on a daily basis.

This report shows 5 units with problems at East Deerfield, including #684 with some oil and air leaks, the #643 with similar problems, and the #210 which is hard to start, and has worn brakeshoes.

The #348 is in the paint booth, and then a bunch of Waterville deadline units are listed, including #602, #10, #693, #331, and #288. You can see that #3208 and #3195 are also shown with their assigned MEC numbers, #315 and #311.
