This photo shows Roy Frendberg of North Easton, MA with his track car at the North End of the Newport Secondary track. That is the Sakonnet River bridge in the background.

The abandoned Sakonnet River railroad bridge is on the far left. Unfortunately, there are no plans to restore this bridge therefore, leaving the Newport Secondary track disconnected from the rest of the rail world.
