The newly refurbished locomotive '84' and the Narragansett Bay make a nice back drop for this photo of the 'Special Operations' crew of the Old Colony & Newport Railway. They had just completed a charter run.

The crew consisted of [L to R] Phil Sweeney, Peter Martin, and Donald Elbert, plus engineer Bob Willhauck, who was nice enough to take the photo.
