A closer look at that trailing unit, ST #35...

A closer look at the trailing unit of this PODH, ST GP7 #35. Note that its stacks are capped -- this unit had just recently been taken out of service in Maine, and is seen in transit to East Deerfield, where it will be stored. This unit eventually went to LTEX in Ohio before being put to work at a large grain elevator in Bloomington, IL. This unit is still there today, in GTI paint no less.

Photographed by John Joyce, April 22, 1996.
Added to the photo archive by John Joyce, February 15, 2006.
Railroad: Guilford.
