Guilford Plagued by Cold Weather

Pictured is the power from EDRU, and a passing downeaster at Dover yard. These three locomotives were waiting for the Downeaster to pass so that they could head to the Downeaster Station to get water. The 209 was dead, with a maintainer on the way from Portland to try and start it, 351 was out of water (hence the heavy smoke), and the 344 was actually running. The winter weather just made it that much harder for the crew to do their job. And someone else's!
