The turbine has been moved by truck up from the waterfront and has been backed up the tracks to the lifting rig. It will be offloaded from the truck and dropped (gently) onto the special Seimens/Westinghouse car, which is just north of the rig. It will then be moved to Middletown,CT by the P&W where it will be offloaded onto a truck for the final move to the power plant.
