The turbine has finally been loaded and bolted and welded to the special Siemens/Westinghouse car. Now the lifting rig will be dismantled and set up at the offloading site in Middletown. The P&W will move the car as soon as the lifting rig is set up. This will all be repeated to move the second turbine waiting at the waterfront.
