Boston & Maine P-4-a 3713 is missing her name board but she is still "THE CONSTITUTION'' and is ready to leave Portland for Boston on her last run, a fan trip. The return to Boston was scheduled for 2hr.25min. with three station stops and I think we arrived on time.
