On the unused leg of the wye at Lowell Jct Andover MAJust arrived Tuesday morning at the staging area for the LJ to WJ section of double track. As the Macualay to Andover Street section has been tamped /ballast regulated one must think that this is for the LJ west portion. The Andover Station to Fry is landlocked with no access either end for MOW.
