This E-unit was seen near the Valley RR in Essex, CT. Reportedly,The 4096 is originally UP 912, the third to last E-9 built. Was Amtrak 417 and restored by the Connecticut Valley Railroad Museum, now the Railroad Museum of New England in 1986.
